We photograph a range of events, including theatre productions, awards ceremonies, private celebrations, and any other special occasions. If you’re unsure whether we can cover your event, just get in touch - we’re happy to discuss your needs.

We’ll put the time in to talk with you beforehand to understand the key moments, people, and details you want captured. You can share a shot list or highlight important guests, and we’ll make sure everything you want is covered.

Our packages are flexible - we can provide coverage from a few hours to a full day, depending on your event. We’ll plan with you to make sure every moment you want is captured.

All images are delivered digitally through a secure online gallery, allowing you to easily view, share and download your high-resolution photographs.Please note that galleries remain available on our system for 3 months from the date of delivery. We recommend downloading and saving your images as soon as possible and storing them in multiple locations to ensure they are safely backed up for the future.

Absolutely! Once delivered, your images are yours to use across your website, social media, or internal materials. We ask that you kindly credit WinCo Photography when sharing online.

We’re happy to travel anywhere in the UK. For events outside further than a 10 mile radius from our studio, travel costs are calculated at £0.55 per mile. For locations more than 2 hours away, an additional fee may apply to cover overnight accommodation.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy1. Booking Fee / RetainerA non-refundable booking fee of 30% of the package price is required at the time of booking to secure your date.This fee is non-refundable in all circumstances but will be deducted from your final balance.Failure to make payments by the invoice due dates may result in cancellation of services.​2. Payment scheduleFor events booked more than 6 months in advance:30% Booking Fee: due at time of booking (non-refundable).30% Second Instalment: due 6 months before the event.40% Final Balance: due 8 weeks before the event.​For events booked between 6 months and 8 weeks in advance:30% Booking Fee + 30% Second Instalment (60% total): due at the time of booking.40% Final Balance: due 8 weeks before the event.​For weddings booked less than 8 weeks in advance:100% of the package price is due at the time of booking.​3. Cancellation by the clientAll cancellations must be made in writing (email is acceptable). Refunds (excluding the non-refundable booking fee) are based on the time of cancellation:More than 6 months before the event:Booking fee retained.Second instalment refunded in full (if already paid).​Between 6 months and 8 weeks before the event:Booking fee and second instalment retained.Final balance refunded if already paid.​Less than 8 weeks before the event:All monies paid (booking fee, instalments, and final balance) are non-refundable.For last-minute bookings (less than 8 weeks before the event), no refunds are available in the event of cancellation.​4. Rescheduling / PostponementIf you need to postpone, your payments (including booking fee) can be transferred to a new date if we are available.If we are unavailable, the booking will be treated as a cancellation under Section 3.A price adjustment may apply if the new date falls in a different season or year.One date change is included free of charge; additional changes may incur an admin fee.​5. Cancellation by WinCo PhotographyIf we are unable to photograph your event due to illness, accident, or unforeseen circumstances:We will arrange a suitable replacement photographer of similar ability, orRefund all monies paid, including the booking fee.​​​​​​​Final Product & EditsRefunds are not offered for dissatisfaction with the final images, as we strive to deliver high-quality work that reflects our style and standards. Requests for re-edits are not included in the original fee and will incur additional charges.​Copyright & Image Usage NoticeAll photographs taken by WinCo Photography are protected under copyright law and remain the sole intellectual property of the photographer. We retain full ownership and reserve the right to use, reproduce, publish, and display any images captured for promotional, marketing, portfolio, or other lawful purposes - without further notice or compensation to the client.​By booking or signing an agreement with WinCo Photography, you confirm your understanding and agreement to these terms, as well as all terms, policies, and information outlined on our website. The client acknowledges that WinCo Photography retains full copyright and ownership of all images, and reserves the right to use and share these images across any platform or medium at our discretion, including but not limited to our website, social media, and print marketing. This usage right is irrevocable and cannot be withdrawn once consent is given.​​​Please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any questions or need clarification.

Due to the bespoke nature of our services, refunds are not offered based on dissatisfaction with the final images.Every image is carefully selected and professionally edited before delivery. Any additional edits, retouching or re-edits requested after the final gallery has been delivered are not included as standard and may incur an additional charge.
