Our engagement shoots are a fun, relaxed way to get to know us as your photographers before the big day. It helps you feel comfortable in front of the camera, lets us understand your style, and gives you beautiful images to use for save-the-dates, wedding websites, or décor on the day itself.

Engagement sessions with us typically last 2 hours, giving plenty of time to capture natural, candid moments across your chosen locations.

We can shoot anywhere you like! Whether it’s a local park, city streets, or a meaningful spot from your relationship, we’ll work with you to choose a location that feels personal and suits your style. We have a few locations we can suggest, but also can cater to your wants and needs.

Absolutely! We love including pets and family members - they can make your photos extra special and personal. Just let us know in advance so we can plan the shoot accordingly.

You’ll receive approximately 30 fully edited images from your engagement session. These will be delivered digitally within 10 working days in a secure online gallery for viewing, sharing, and downloading. Additional professionally edited images can be purchased for £5 per photo. Please note that all images will be deleted from our system after 3 months, so we recommend downloading and backing up your photos upon delivery.

After the session, you will have the opportunity to review all unedited images and select up to 30 photos for professional editing. Additional professionally edited images can be purchased for £5 per photo. Your final 30 professionally edited images will be delivered digitally within 10 working days.

Wear outfits that reflect your personal style and make you feel confident. Coordinated colours work well, but don’t worry about being too formal - we capture natural, authentic moments. Bringing a change of clothes is optional but adds variety.

Yes! All couples who book a wedding package with Win.Co Photography can add an engagement session. Our engagement photography sessions include an initial consultation call, allowing us to understand your vision and expectations for your special shoot. We take the time to get to know you as a couple, ensuring that the final images reflect your unique story. During this call, we will also discuss whether you prefer a studio session or an on-location shoot at a venue of your choice.

We’re happy to travel anywhere in the UK, and for destination shoots. For UK venues that are over a 10 mile radius from our studio, travel costs are calculated at £0.45 per mile. For locations more than 2 hours away, an additional fee may apply to cover overnight accommodation. For destination shoots abroad, clients are responsible for our international travel costs. Once in the country, travel between venues and accommodation will need to be provided.

Yes! We encourage sharing your images. Please credit Win.Co Photography when posting online.

We understand that plans can change and aim to be as flexible as possible. However, due to the time, preparation, and limited availability involved in our sessions, the following cancellation and rescheduling terms apply: Cancellations made at least 14 days (2 weeks) in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 7 and 13 days prior will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the session are non-refundable. ​ To avoid additional charges, please notify us at least 14 days in advance if you need to reschedule. Requests made after this window will be treated as cancellations and subject to the terms above. ​​​ Final Product & Edits Refunds are not offered for dissatisfaction with the final images, as we strive to deliver high-quality work that reflects our style and standards. Requests for re-edits are not included in the original fee and will incur additional charges. ​ Copyright & Image Usage Notice All photographs taken by Win.Co Photography are protected under copyright law and remain the sole intellectual property of the photographer. We retain full ownership and reserve the right to use, reproduce, publish, and display any images captured for promotional, marketing, portfolio, or other lawful purposes - without further notice or compensation to the client. ​ By booking or signing an agreement with Win.Co Photography, you confirm your understanding and agreement to these terms, as well as all terms, policies, and information outlined on our website. The client acknowledges that Win.Co Photography retains full copyright and ownership of all images, and reserves the right to use and share these images across any platform or medium at our discretion, including but not limited to our website, social media, and print marketing. This usage right is irrevocable and cannot be withdrawn once consent is given. ​
