Each session begins with an initial consultation call, where we take the time to get to know you as a couple, understand your vision, and discuss any ideas or locations you may have in mind. This call also helps you get to know us, so by the time your wedding day arrives, you’ll feel relaxed and confident in front of the camera. Full payment is taken in advance to secure your session. Engagement sessions are also available as gift cards, valid for 6 months from the date of purchase, making them a thoughtful and flexible gift for your loved ones.

Session Details

Each engagement session includes 2 hours of professional photography.

You will receive access to all unedited images from the shoot and can select up to 30 photos for professional editing.

Additional professionally edited images can be purchased at £5 per photo.

Your final 30 professionally edited images will be delivered digitally within 10 working days, ready for sharing, printing, or using on your wedding stationery.
Location Options

Engagement shoots can take place at our studio or any on-location venue of your choice, whether it’s a scenic outdoor spot, a meaningful location from your relationship, or somewhere iconic in your city.

We’re happy to suggest locations that will complement your style and the overall aesthetic of your photos.

For locations outside Buckinghamshire, travel costs are calculated at £0.45 per mile. We’re also happy to travel further for destination sessions - details can be discussed when booking.
Pairing With Your Wedding Package
Engagement sessions work beautifully alongside your wedding package, giving us an opportunity to get to know you both and capture your personalities in a relaxed, natural way. It’s also a great chance to discuss your wedding day photography in more detail, including timing, must-have shots, and any special moments you’d like us to capture.

Final Product & Edits
Refunds are not offered for dissatisfaction with the final images, as we strive to deliver high-quality work that reflects our style and standards. Requests for re-edits are not included in the original fee and will incur additional charges.

By booking or signing an agreement with Win.Co Photography, you confirm your understanding and agreement to these terms, as well as all terms, policies, and information outlined on our website.
The client acknowledges that Win.Co Photography retains full copyright and ownership of all images, and reserves the right to use and share these images across any platform or medium at our discretion, including but not limited to our website, social media, and print marketing. This usage right is irrevocable and cannot be withdrawn once consent is given.
