Our wedding videography is designed to complement the natural, relaxed and documentary-style photography we're known for. We want your film to feel like your wedding day as it really happened - from the nervous excitement before the ceremony, and the emotion of your vows, to the laughter, speeches, dancing and all the little moments in between.
We work with a small selection of trusted freelance wedding videographers who share our approach. We'll arrange the videography for you, coordinate the service alongside your WinCo photography and select an available videographer based on your wedding date and requirements.

AERIAL FOOTAGE FROM ABOVE -
Our videographers also have drone capabilities, allowing beautiful aerial footage to be incorporated into your wedding film where appropriate.
Aerial footage can be particularly effective for outdoor ceremonies, countryside venues, large estates and showcasing the setting you've chosen for your wedding.
Please note that drone footage is subject to weather conditions, venue permission, safety requirements and applicable regulations.

Your photographs let you revisit individual moments, details and expressions. Your wedding film brings back the movement, voices, music and atmosphere of the day.
If you're already booking WinCo Photography, adding videography means you can have both services arranged alongside each other, with us helping coordinate the two.
From your initial enquiry and availability check, through to your pre-wedding call and the planning of your wedding day, we'll be there to help bring everything together.
Your videographer remains an independent freelance professional, but you don't have to spend hours searching for someone suitable yourself.

FROM THE FIRST CONVERSATION, TO THE WEDDING
When you book videography through WinCo, you're not simply given a videographer's details and left to organise everything yourselves.
We'll work together with you throughout the planning process.
Once your videography is booked, we'll arrange a pre-wedding call with you and your videographer. This gives you the opportunity to meet them, talk through your plans and make sure they understand exactly what matters to you.
We'll discuss your timings, ceremony and reception arrangements, speeches, any special moments or surprises, your priorities for the day and anything else your videographer should know beforehand.
We'll also coordinate your photography and videography plans together, helping make sure both services work alongside each other naturally on the day.
Your videographer will have the creative freedom to capture your wedding in their own documentary style, while WinCo remains involved throughout the planning and coordination of your videography service.
We don't want your wedding film to feel like a photoshoot.
Our videographers take a natural and documentary-style approach, allowing your day to unfold while capturing the moments as they happen.
We'll be there for the big moments, but also for the things you might not notice at the time - a reaction from a parent during the ceremony, your friends laughing during the speeches, a quiet moment together between the bigger events or everyone letting loose on the dance floor.
The aim is to create a highlight film that tells the story of your wedding naturally, without asking you to constantly perform for the camera.

We work with a small selection of independent freelance wedding videographers rather than having one in-house videographer.
This allows us to work with talented creatives who share our approach, while giving you the convenience of arranging your photography and videography through WinCo Photography.
One of our lead videographers is Lucy Gibson of Moonstruck Videos, who shares our love of natural, emotive and documentary-style wedding films.
Our freelance videographers have their own professional equipment, insurance and experience filming weddings, as well as drone capabilities and the ability to capture high-quality audio for key parts of your day.
