With all our wedding packages, you’ll always have two professional photographers - a lead and a second shooter - at no extra cost. One photographer simply can’t be everywhere at once, which is why we include both: to make sure nothing gets missed. From both of you getting ready, to guest reactions, every angle of the ceremony, portraits, speeches, candid cocktail-hour moments, and the dancefloor celebrations, we’ve got every angle covered. Double coverage means more moments, more variety, and more memories - no extra fee.

All of our wedding photography packages include an initial consultation call, allowing us to fully understand your vision and expectations. We take the time to get to know you as a couple, ensuring that your love story is beautifully reflected in your photos.

All packages include a sneak peek gallery within 7 working days, and an online gallery with final edited photos for viewing, sharing, and downloading. We understand no two weddings are the same. We’re happy to create a custom package - whether that’s 2 hours of coverage or a 2-day event - so you only pay for the time you truly need. Packages can be tailored for multi-day / traditional Asian wedding events (mehndi, baraat etc.). Contact us for bespoke packages.
**If your event includes a DJ or entertainment using laser beam lighting, we will need to temporarily pause photography, as laser lights can cause permanent damage to mirrorless cameras. Shooting will resume once the laser lights have been switched off or the display has ended. Thank you for your understanding.**
Our half-day wedding package provides 4 hours of continuous coverage, ensuring we capture the most significant moments of your special day. The choice is yours as to which part of the day you would like covered - whether it’s the bride getting ready, the ceremony, or the evening celebrations. However, the 4-hour coverage must be consecutive and cannot be split between different parts of the day.

Due to the high volume of images captured during a wedding, we do not offer the option for clients to select individual photographs from the full gallery. Our team will carefully curate and prepare the final selection, ensuring each image meets our professional quality standards (e.g., in focus, well-composed) while taking into account any specific requests you have shared.
Our signature wedding package provides continuous coverage across 6 hours, to capture all the key moments of your special day. You can choose which parts of the day you’d like us to cover - whether it’s getting ready, the ceremony, couple portraits, or part of the reception. Please note that the 6 hours must be consecutive and cannot be split across different parts of the day.

PROFESSIONAL EDITING
All client-selected wedding and engagement photos will be professionally edited using Adobe Lightroom to ensure they meet the highest quality standards. Our meticulous editing process enhances colours, perfects lighting, and refines every detail to create timeless, emotionally rich images that beautifully tell the story of your love.
Using advanced Lightroom tools, we balance exposure, enhance skin tones, and fine-tune colours to maintain a natural yet polished look. We also remove minor distractions, such as stray hairs or background imperfections, to ensure each image remains flawless and elegant. Every edit is carefully considered to enhance the romance, joy, and intimacy of your special moments, preserving them in a way that allows you to relive your love story for years to come.
From the soft glow of golden-hour portraits to the candid laughter shared during the reception, our editing process ensures that each photograph reflects the deep emotions and beautiful connections of your day. Our goal is to deliver professionally edited, visually stunning images that not only document your wedding but also encapsulate the essence of your love story in an authentic and artistic way.
**Please note that any additional re-edits beyond the initial delivery will be subject to an additional fee.**

All photographs taken by WinCo Photography are protected under copyright law and remain the sole intellectual property of the photographer. We retain full ownership and reserve the right to use, reproduce, publish, and display any images captured for promotional, marketing, portfolio, or other lawful purposes - without further notice or compensation to the client.
By booking or signing an agreement with WinCo Photography, you confirm your understanding and agreement to these terms, as well as all terms, policies, and information outlined on our website. The client acknowledges that WinCo Photography retains full copyright and ownership of all images, and reserves the right to use and share these images across any platform or medium at our discretion, including but not limited to our website, social media, and print marketing. This usage right is irrevocable and cannot be withdrawn once consent is given.
