At WinCo Photography, we create authentic studio images that capture personality, emotion, and connection - from professional headshots and actor portfolios to maternity, couples, branding, and portrait sessions.

Every session is tailored to your style and vision, whether you prefer clean and professional images or something more relaxed and creative.
SESSION DETAILS
After your session, you’ll be able to review all unedited images and select your favourites for professional editing.
1-Hour Session - Choose up to 5 professionally edited images.
1.5-Hour Session - Choose up to 7 professionally edited images.
Additional edited images are available for £10 per photo.
Final edited images will be delivered digitally within 7 working days.
WHAT TO WEAR AND BRING
We recommend bringing multiple outfit options to create a variety of looks during your session.
For the best results:

Bring any accessories or props you'd like included
A mirror and changing screen are available in the studio for outfit, hair, and makeup adjustments.
ARRIVAL INFORMATION
Please do not ring the bell upon arrival. Instead, give us a call and we’ll come out to greet you.
Pricing applies to individual sessions. If you are looking to book for multiple people, please contact us directly for a custom quote.
Please note all images are securely stored for 3 months before deletion.
Gift cards are also available and are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase - perfect for birthdays, baby showers, or special occasions.

PROFESSIONAL EDITING
All client-selected photos will be professionally edited using Adobe Lightroom to ensure they meet our highest quality standards. Through a meticulous editing process, we enhance colours, balance exposure, adjust contrast, and fine-tune details to bring out the best in every image.
Using Lightroom’s advanced tools, we correct lighting inconsistencies, enhance skin tones, and refine composition while maintaining a natural and authentic look. We also apply selective adjustments, such as sharpening, noise reduction, and gradient filters, to create visually stunning images that are both striking and timeless.
Our goal is to transform each photograph into a polished, professional-quality image that perfectly captures the essence of the moment. Whether it's subtle refinements or dramatic enhancements, we ensure that every photo reflects the highest level of artistry and attention to detail.
**Please note that any additional re-edits beyond the initial delivery will be subject to an additional fee.**

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session will be eligible for a 50% refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours will not be eligible for a refund.
Rescheduling
To reschedule your session without incurring additional charges, please notify us at least 72 hours in advance. Requests made after this period will be considered a cancellation and subject to the above policy.
Final Product & Editing
Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with the final images. However, we are committed to delivering work that meets your expectations.
Re-edits are not provided free of charge-additional edits can be arranged for an extra fee.

All photographs taken by WinCo Photography are protected under copyright law and remain the sole intellectual property of the photographer. We retain full ownership and reserve the right to use, reproduce, publish, and display any images captured for promotional, marketing, portfolio, or other lawful purposes - without further notice or compensation to the client.
By booking or signing an agreement with WinCo Photography, you confirm your understanding and agreement to these terms, as well as all terms, policies, and information outlined on our website. The client acknowledges that WinCo Photography retains full copyright and ownership of all images, and reserves the right to use and share these images across any platform or medium at our discretion, including but not limited to our website, social media, and print marketing. This usage right is irrevocable and cannot be withdrawn once consent is given.
