To secure your wedding date, we require a signed contract and a non-refundable booking fee. Once these are received, your date is officially reserved.

Yes, engagement sessions are available as an add-on to any wedding package. It's a great opportunity to get comfortable in front of the camera before the big day.
We’re happy to travel anywhere in the UK and also offer full coverage for destination weddings.
For UK venues outside Buckinghamshire, travel costs are calculated at £0.45 per mile, and for locations more than 2 hours away, an additional fee may apply to cover overnight accommodation.
For destination weddings abroad, clients are responsible for our international travel costs. Once in the country, travel between venues and accommodation will need to be provided.
Wherever your wedding is, we’ll capture every moment with our usual two-photographer approach and full coverage package.
You can expect to receive your fully edited wedding gallery within 6 weeks (30 working days) after your wedding. The images will be delivered digitally via a secure online gallery, where you can view, share, and download your photos.
Please note that, due to the large number of images captured during a wedding, we do not offer the option to select individual images from the full gallery. Our team carefully curates and edits the final selection to ensure every photo meets our professional quality standards - including sharpness, composition, and attention to detail - while considering any specific requests you’ve shared.
Wedding albums can be arranged separately after your gallery is delivered.
Please note that all photos will be deleted from our system after 3 months, so we recommend downloading and backing up your images upon delivery.
Yes, we carry full public liability and professional indemnity insurance. Additionally, we always bring backup equipment to ensure everything runs smoothly on your wedding day.
In the unlikely event that we are unable to attend your wedding due (which has never happened before) due to illness, accident, or unforeseen circumstances, we will arrange a suitable replacement photographer of similar ability, or refund all monies paid, including the booking fee.
Yes, we offer high-quality wedding albums that can be customized to your preferences. Albums are available at an additional cost and can be discussed after your gallery has been delivered.
Absolutely! We encourage you to share your photos. We only ask that you credit Win.Co Photography when posting online.
We understand that unforeseen events can impact your wedding plans. We are committed to working with you to reschedule or adjust plans as needed. Please refer to our cancelation and rescheduling policy for more details.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
1. Booking Fee / Retainer
A non-refundable booking fee of 30% of the package price is required at the time of booking to secure your date.
This fee is non-refundable in all circumstances but will be deducted from your final balance.
2. Payment schedule
For weddings booked more than 6 months in advance:
30% Booking Fee: due at time of booking (non-refundable).
30% Second Instalment: due 6 months before the wedding.
40% Final Balance: due 8 weeks before the wedding.
For weddings booked between 6 months and 8 weeks in advance:
30% Booking Fee + 30% Second Instalment (60% total): due at the time of booking.
40% Final Balance: due 8 weeks before the wedding.
For weddings booked less than 8 weeks in advance:
100% of the package price is due at the time of booking.
3. Cancellation by the client
All cancellations must be made in writing (email is acceptable). Refunds (excluding the non-refundable booking fee) are based on the time of cancellation:
More than 6 months before the wedding:
Booking fee retained.
Second instalment refunded in full (if already paid).
Between 6 months and 8 weeks before the wedding:
Booking fee and second instalment retained.
Final balance refunded if already paid.
Less than 8 weeks before the wedding:
All monies paid (booking fee, instalments, and final balance) are non-refundable.
For last-minute bookings (less than 8 weeks before the wedding), no refunds are available in the event of cancellation.
4. Rescheduling / Postponement
If you need to postpone, your payments (including booking fee) can be transferred to a new date if we are available.
If we are unavailable, the booking will be treated as a cancellation under Section 3.
A price adjustment may apply if the new date falls in a different season or year.
One date change is included free of charge; additional changes may incur an admin fee.
5. Cancellation by Win.Co Photography
If we are unable to photograph your wedding due to illness, accident, or unforeseen circumstances:
We will arrange a suitable replacement photographer of similar ability, or
Refund all monies paid, including the booking fee.
Final Product & Edits
Refunds are not offered for dissatisfaction with the final images, as we strive to deliver high-quality work that reflects our style and standards. Requests for re-edits are not included in the original fee and will incur additional charges.

All photographs taken by Win.Co Photography are protected under copyright law and remain the sole intellectual property of the photographer. We retain full ownership and reserve the right to use, reproduce, publish, and display any images captured for promotional, marketing, portfolio, or other lawful purposes - without further notice or compensation to the client.
By booking or signing an agreement with Win.Co Photography, you confirm your understanding and agreement to these terms, as well as all terms, policies, and information outlined on our website. The client acknowledges that Win.Co Photography retains full copyright and ownership of all images, and reserves the right to use and share these images across any platform or medium at our discretion, including but not limited to our website, social media, and print marketing. This usage right is irrevocable and cannot be withdrawn once consent is given.

We will always bring our own food to your wedding as we don’t want any extra costs for you. We do ask that for an 8 hour day, we have a lunch break scheduled in to the day at some point. Thank you so much.
