Session details
After your session, you will have the opportunity to review all unedited images and select your favourites for professional editing.

1-hour session – Choose up to 5 professionally edited photos.

1.5-hour session – Choose up to 7 professionally edited photos.

Additional edited images are available for £20 per photo.
Please allow up to 7 working days for the final edits, which will be delivered digitally.
What to bring & wear

Please bring multiple top options (the more, the better).

Avoid red, stripes, or logos for a clean and professional look.
A mirror and changing screen are available in the studio for hair, makeup, and outfit adjustments.
Arrival & additional information

Do not ring the bell upon arrival—please call us, and we will come out to greet you.

Our pricing applies to individual sessions. If you require a session for multiple people, please contact us directly to discuss your requirements.

All photos will be deleted from our system after 3 months.

PROFESSIONAL EDITING
All client-selected photos will be professionally edited using Adobe Lightroom to ensure they meet our highest quality standards. Through a meticulous editing process, we enhance colours, balance exposure, adjust contrast, and fine-tune details to bring out the best in every image.
Using Lightroom’s advanced tools, we correct lighting inconsistencies, enhance skin tones, and refine composition while maintaining a natural and authentic look. We also apply selective adjustments, such as sharpening, noise reduction, and gradient filters, to create visually stunning images that are both striking and timeless.
Our goal is to transform each photograph into a polished, professional-quality image that perfectly captures the essence of the moment. Whether it's subtle refinements or dramatic enhancements, we ensure that every photo reflects the highest level of artistry and attention to detail.
**Please note that any additional re-edits beyond the initial delivery will be subject to an additional fee.**

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session will be eligible for a 50% refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours will not be eligible for a refund.
Rescheduling
To reschedule your session without incurring additional charges, please notify us at least 72 hours in advance. Requests made after this period will be considered a cancellation and subject to the above policy.
Final Product & Editing
Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with the final images. However, we are committed to delivering work that meets your expectations.
Re-edits are not provided free of charge-additional edits can be arranged for an extra fee.

All photographs taken by Win.Co Photography are protected under copyright law and remain the sole intellectual property of the photographer. We retain full ownership and reserve the right to use, reproduce, publish, and display any images captured for promotional, marketing, portfolio, or other lawful purposes - without further notice or compensation to the client.
By booking or signing an agreement with Win.Co Photography, you confirm your understanding and agreement to these terms, as well as all terms, policies, and information outlined on our website. The client acknowledges that Win.Co Photography retains full copyright and ownership of all images, and reserves the right to use and share these images across any platform or medium at our discretion, including but not limited to our website, social media, and print marketing. This usage right is irrevocable and cannot be withdrawn once consent is given.
