THE BOOKING PROCESS

Enquire
Complete the form below with your wedding date, venue and a few details about your plans. This gives us an initial feel for your celebration and allows us to check availability.

Availability & Consultation
If we are available, we will be in touch to arrange a relaxed call. This is where we talk through your day in detail - timings, atmosphere, priorities, and how you would like everything documented. It’s also an opportunity for you to ask questions and ensure we are the right fit for you.

Holding Your Date
Following our consultation, we kindly ask that you let us know within one week if you would like to move forward. During this time, your date remains reserved for you. If you decide not to proceed, simply let us know so we can release the date for other enquiries.

Secure Your Wedding
If you decide to move forward, we will send your booking agreement and invoice. Your wedding is officially secured once the agreement is signed and the booking fee received.

Ongoing Support
From that point onwards, we remain closely connected. We set up a dedicated WhatsApp chat for easy communication and are always available for additional calls in the lead-up to your wedding. Whether you would like guidance on timelines or simply reassurance, we are there.
By the time your wedding day arrives, everything feels seamless - because we have already planned it together.
