Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans may change, and we strive to be as accommodating as possible. However, due to the time and preparation involved in our sessions, the following cancellation and rescheduling policy applies: - Cancellations made at least 14 days (2 weeks) in advance will receive a full refund. - Cancellations made between 7 and 13 days (1 to 2 weeks) prior to the session will receive a 50% refund. - Cancellations made less than 7 days (1 week) before the session will not be eligible for a refund. Rescheduling - To avoid additional charges, please inform us at least 14 days in advance if you need to reschedule your session. Any rescheduling requests made after this timeframe will be treated as a cancellation and will be subject to the above cancellation policy. Final Product & Edits - Please note that we do not offer refunds based on dissatisfaction with the final images. However, we are fully committed to delivering high-quality work that meets your expectations. Additionally, re-edits are not included free of charge and will incur an additional fee if requested. Copyright & Image Usage Notice All photographs taken by Win.Co Photography are protected under copyright law and remain the sole intellectual property of the photographer. We retain full ownership and reserve the right to use, reproduce, publish, and display any images captured for promotional, marketing, portfolio, or other lawful purposes - without further notice or compensation to the client. By booking or signing an agreement with Win.Co Photography, you confirm your understanding and agreement to these terms, as well as all terms, policies, and information outlined on our website. The client acknowledges that Win.Co Photography retains full copyright and ownership of all images, and reserves the right to use and share these images across any platform or medium at our discretion, including but not limited to our website, social media, and print marketing.
