Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy - We understand that plans can change and aim to be as flexible as possible. However, due to the time, preparation, and limited availability involved in our sessions, the following cancellation and rescheduling terms apply:  Cancellations made at least 14 days (2 weeks) in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 7 and 13 days prior will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the session are non-refundable. ​ To avoid additional charges, please notify us at least 14 days in advance if you need to reschedule. Requests made after this window will be treated as cancellations and subject to the terms above. Final Product & Edits Refunds are not offered for dissatisfaction with the final images, as we strive to deliver high-quality work that reflects our style and standards. Requests for re-edits are not included in the original fee and will incur additional charges. ​ Copyright & Image Usage Notice All photographs taken by Win.Co Photography are protected under copyright law and remain the sole intellectual property of the photographer. We retain full ownership and reserve the right to use, reproduce, publish, and display any images captured for promotional, marketing, portfolio, or other lawful purposes - without further notice or compensation to the client. ​ By booking or signing an agreement with Win.Co Photography, you confirm your understanding and agreement to these terms, as well as all terms, policies, and information outlined on our website. The client acknowledges that Win.Co Photography retains full copyright and ownership of all images, and reserves the right to use and share these images across any platform or medium at our discretion, including but not limited to our website, social media, and print marketing. This usage right is irrevocable and cannot be withdrawn once consent is given.
