Service Description
Capture the essence of your pet with a professional pet portrait session. Our experienced photographers specialise in creating timeless images that showcase your pet’s unique personality. Each session includes a 15-minute introduction period to help your pet settle and acclimate to the studio environment. We have extensive experience working with rescue dogs and understand that some pets may need extra time to adjust. Photo Selection & Editing - After the session, you will have the opportunity to review all unedited images of your pet. From the session, you can select: - Up to 15 professionally edited photos for 1 hour 15-minute sessions. - Up to 25 professionally edited photos for 1 hour 45-minute sessions. Additional edited images can be purchased for £5 per photo. Please allow up to 7 working days for the final edits, which will be delivered digitally. What to Bring - To ensure the best experience for your pet, we recommend bringing: - Their favorite treats (small and plentiful). - Toys or accessories you’d like featured in the photos. Please note: We can only provide treats that are supplied by you. Arrival Instructions - - Please do not ring the bell upon arrival. Instead, give us a call, and we will come out to greet you. - Keep your dog(s) on a lead and allow them time to relieve themselves before entering the studio. Additional Information - - Pricing includes up to three dogs—for additional pets, please contact us via email or phone. - All photos will be deleted from our system after three months. - All photographs taken by Win.Co Photography are the intellectual property of the photographer and are protected by applicable copyright laws. Win.Co Photography retains full ownership and copyright of all images and reserves the right to use, reproduce, publish, and display these images at its discretion for promotional, marketing, portfolio, or any other lawful purposes, without further notice or compensation to the client.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy - Cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session will be eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours will not be eligible for a refund. Rescheduling - To reschedule your session without incurring additional charges, please notify us at least 72 hours in advance. Requests made after this period will be considered a cancellation and subject to the above policy. Pet Comfort Policy - If your pet becomes too anxious or distressed to complete the session, we will offer a partial refund and provide any usable photos taken during the session. We appreciate your understanding, as the scheduled time is part of our working day. Final Product & Editing - Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with the final images. However, we are committed to delivering work that meets your expectations. Re-edits are not provided free of charge - additional edits can be arranged for an extra fee. Copyright & Image Usage Notice All photographs taken by Win.Co Photography are protected under copyright law and remain the sole intellectual property of the photographer. We retain full ownership and reserve the right to use, reproduce, publish, and display any images captured for promotional, marketing, portfolio, or other lawful purposes - without further notice or compensation to the client. By booking or signing an agreement with Win.Co Photography, you confirm your understanding and agreement to these terms, as well as all terms, policies, and information outlined on our website. The client acknowledges that Win.Co Photography retains full copyright and ownership of all images, and reserves the right to use and share these images across any platform or medium at our discretion, including but not limited to our website, social media, and print marketing. This usage right is irrevocable and cannot be withdrawn once consent is given. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any questions or need clarification.
