Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy – Weddings At Win.Co Photography, we understand wedding plans can change. These terms are designed to be fair, clear, and protect both you and us. 1. Booking Fee / Retainer A non-refundable booking fee of 30% of the package price is due at booking to secure your date. It is always retained but will be deducted from your final balance. 2. Payment Schedule More than 6 months in advance: 30% booking fee at booking, 30% second instalment due 6 months before, 40% final balance due 8 weeks before. Between 6 months and 8 weeks: 30% booking fee + 30% second instalment due at booking (60%), 40% final balance due 8 weeks before. Less than 8 weeks: 100% of the package due at booking. 3. Cancellation by the Client All cancellations must be in writing. Refunds, excluding the booking fee, depend on timing: More than 6 months: booking fee retained; second instalment refunded if paid. 6 months–8 weeks: booking fee + second instalment retained; final balance refunded if paid. Under 8 weeks: all payments non-refundable. Last-minute bookings (<8 weeks): no refunds. 4. Rescheduling / Postponement Payments, including the booking fee, may transfer to a new date if we’re available. If not, Section 3 applies. Prices may adjust if the new date falls in a different season/year. One free date change; further changes may incur a fee. 5. Cancellation by Win.Co Photography If we cannot photograph your wedding due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, we will either arrange a replacement photographer of similar ability or refund all monies paid, including the booking fee. Engagement Shoots Cancellations ≥14 days: full refund; 7–13 days: 50% refund; <7 days: non-refundable. Reschedules require ≥14 days’ notice to avoid charges. Final Product & Edits Refunds are not offered for dissatisfaction with final images. Re-edits are extra. Copyright & Image Usage All images remain the property of Win.Co Photography and may be used for portfolio, marketing, website, and social media. Booking confirms your agreement to these terms.
